Everybody has a hobby! Its very important for people to have hobbies that they enjoy. Something to break down the day when we are not at school or at work. The best hobbies are the ones that keep you busy , stimulated and motivated while you practice them. There are a lot of different kinds of hobbies. Some people like outdoor hobbies such as football , hiking or gardening and people enjoy indoor hobbies such as making art , reading or cooking. People can even make money from their hobbies! Its healthy for the mind and body to have many different hobbies and be active practicing all of them and try new hobbies. It can be difficult finding the hobbies that suit you so its best to try out different types of hobbies and find the ones that are perfect for you.
