I get up every morning at around eight o’clock and brush my teeth and have some coffee. That is my morning routine. Our daily routines are things we do each day that are usually always the same and during the same time. As soon as we wake up there is always something we do first , like brushing our teeth , having breakfast or taking a shower. This is something we follow almost blindly from the moment we wake up to the time we go to bed. Its good to have a nice routine for when example coming home from school or work , like taking a relaxing bath or watching some TV. Most of us also have some sort of weekly routine. It can be going to a dance class every Wednesday , going to the gym on Fridays or simply just cleaning the house on Sundays. For me its important to have a steady daily and weekly routine but of course varies from person to person.
